|Entire First Floor - Maximum capacity 80 pax. Includes The Living Room, The Balcony Room and The Garden Room. During office hours includes shared use of the kitchen and outdoor (with our small and friendly team of coworkers) outside of office hours includes exclusive use.

Looking for a inspirational space to hold your next workshop? Our gorgeous light filled Surry Hills terrace house will get those creative juices flowing and we’re located super close to Sydney CBD. Only 3 minutes walk from Central Station.
Whether it’s a crafty workshop or a small business seminar, you and your guests will feel right at home at Bustle.
We have two sessions available to book. The day session runs from 8am til 5pm and the evening session runs from 5.30pm til 10.30pm. Alternatively, you can book both sessions if you are running an event over the day and evening. We also have a special 4 hour hire rate.
For catering we recommend ‘A Plated Affair’ but you are welcome to use your own caterer if you wish. Please note we do not have wheelchair access and there is one flight of stairs.
