We will take a photo of the front of the envelope/parcel of any mail that arrives for you and email you.
If you would like us to open and take a photo of the contents please let us know. There is no additional charge for this service but Fair Use policy applies, 1-2 pages are included but not long documents or contracts. May take up to 48 business hours to process.
Mail forwarding is processed with Australia Post. The options are Standard, Letter with Tracking, Registered and Express Post. More info on these options HERE. For other services, eg requiring customs declarations to be lodged at the post office, there will be an additional mail handling fee charged, prices on request.
Letters — $5 mail handling fee + postage
Parcels — $10 mail handling fee + postage (size limits apply)

Yes, we can send documents overseas with Australia Post. To keep costs low we use 'International Economy Air Service' which utilises pre-paid envelopes and does not require a customs declaration, as long as under 250g. Handling costs for this option are included in the $5 mail handling fee for Letters.
