This is a weekly service, so we are not suitable if you need urgent mail handling.
We will email you when you receive any mail. You can choose between automatic opening and scanning of mail or Do Not Open, in which case you will receive a scan of just the front of the envelope/parcel. You can then advise us if you do want it opened and scanned, or physically forwarded.
Only 70c per page for opening and scanning of mail. We will automatically scan up to 6 pages, 3 pages double sided.
Mail forwarding is processed with Australia Post. The options are Standard, Letter with Tracking, Registered and Express Post. More info on these options HERE.
Letters (each) — $5 mail handling fee + postage
Parcels (each) — $10 mail handling fee + postage (size limits apply)
Additional services eg Authorised Mail Collection or sending any letter or parcel requiring a customs declaration at AusPost outlets - $25 mail handling fee + postage if applicable

Yes, we can send documents overseas with Australia Post. To keep costs low we use 'International Economy Air Service' which utilises pre-paid envelopes and does not require a customs declaration, as long as under 250g. Handling costs for this option are included in the $5 mail handling fee for Letters.
