Nestled in a beautiful terrace house in Surry Hills right by Central Station, Bustle Studios is both a cosy, coworking space and a gorgeous event venue.

We’re small, and we like it. Our coworkers knowing each other’s names and we pride ourselves on being a supportive and collaborative community.

We have multiple spaces available for workshops, product launches, team meetings, photo shoots. Whatever event you can dream up. Our mix of retro and vintage style is designed to make you feel comfortable and inspired.

Bustle is a great place to get busy. We have both shared and private offices for permanent desks or keep it casual in our quirky hot desk area.

Available Thur/Fri from 6pm - 10.30pm and all weekend from 8am - midnight.

Looking to hold your next event in Surry Hills? Bridal shower, kitchen tea, baby shower, wedding reception, product launch, photoshoot...whatever you can think of we can provide the blank canvas function space to help make your next event really special. 

We have three function rooms available, or you can hire exclusive use of the first floor or the entire venue. We have two sessions available to book. The day session runs from 8am til 5pm and the evening session runs from 5.30pm til midnight. Alternatively, you can book both sessions if you are running an event over the day and evening.

The Living Room - available for hire on Thur/Fri evenings from 5.30pm and all weekend.

  • Seating for 24 theatre style or 30 cocktail style

Need short time hire of a meeting/function room in Surry Hills? Our beautiful creative space is perfect for one-on-one meetings, small workshops, functions, brainstorming meetings and presentations. 

Our meeting room is available 7 days a week from 8.30am - 10pm.
