1. What is included in the virtual office address service?

Our virtual office address service provides a convenient, no-frills virtual office address in trendy Surry Hills, Sydney, CBD of Melbourne or Spring Hill Brisbane, perfect for startups and small businesses. 

Sydney:

  • We will notify you via email when you have mail and send a photo of the front of the envelope or parcel. Mail is emailed several times per week.

  • Physical mail forwarding

    • Letters — postage fee + $5

    • Parcels — postage fee + $10 (size limits apply)

  • We can open your mail and take a photo of the contents for you. There is no additional charge for this service but Fair Use policy applies, 1-2 pages are included but not long documents or contracts.

  • Meeting room hire available. Additional charges apply.

Brisbane/Melbourne:

  • Your mail will be opened, scanned and emailed to you each week. If you do not want your mail opened please let us know when you apply. There is no additional charge for this service but Fair Use policy applies, 1-2 pages are included but not long documents or contracts. This is currently a weekly service.

  • Physical mail forwarding available, extra charges apply.

    • Letters — postage fee + $5

    • Parcels — postage fee + $10 (size limits apply)

    We can be flexible so, if you find yourself in a pickle and need some mail outside the weekly service, email or call Laura and she will do what she can to help out, you just might need to buy her a coffee…

2. Is there an option for urgent mail forwarding in Brisbane and Melbourne?

Digital mail forwarding is currently a weekly service, ideal for businesses that don’t need daily mail forwarding and are looking for a low cost option. However, if you have an urgent need, reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate, additional charges may apply.

3. Will you scan large documents?

Our Fair Use policy includes sending photos/scans of up to 1-2 pages of mail per piece. This ensures we keep our costs as low as possible and don’t have to charge additional fees. If you need the physical copy we can arrange for it to be forwarded to you, additional costs apply.

4. Can I request that my mail is not opened?

Yes, you can opt to have your mail forwarded, unopened. Additional charges for physical mail forwarding apply.

5. Is there a contract or commitment with the virtual office service?

No, we offer a flexible, no lock-in contract option. You can go month-to-month and cancel anytime, or save 10% by choosing our annual virtual address plan for any of our locations.

6. Do you offer any discounts for the virtual office address service?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount when you sign up for a 12-month virtual office address plan and pay upfront. Discounts for multiple businesses are also available, contact us for a quote.

7. Can I use this virtual address for business registration with ASIC?

Absolutely! Our virtual office address services meet ASIC registration requirements, providing a professional address for startups and small businesses.

8. Do you offer mail pick-up, Google Maps listings, or telephone answering?

To keep our virtual office address services affordable, we do not offer Google Maps listings, reception services, phone answering or mail pick-up.

9. How long will you keep my mail?

Mail is securely stored for one month and then securely shredded. Please arrange forwarding or mail pickup within this period, if you would like the physical copy of the mail.

10. What are the costs for physical mail forwarding?

  • Letters: Postage fee + $5

  • Parcels: Postage fee + $10 (size limits apply)

11. Can I get set up with a virtual office address the same day?

Yes! Sign up by 12 pm (AEST) to receive confirmation for your Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney virtual address by the end of the day, even on weekends and public holidays.
