Entire First Floor - Maximum capacity 80 pax. Includes The Living Room, The Balcony Room and The Garden Room. During office hours includes shared use of the kitchen and outdoor (with our small and friendly team of coworkers) outside of office hours includes exclusive use.

Looking to hold your next event in Surry Hills? Bridal shower, corporate offsite, hens party, baby shower, wedding reception, product launch, photoshoot...whatever you can think of we can provide the blank canvas function space to help make your next event really special. You can BYO food, drinks, props and even topless waiters!

Please note that during working hours we have a small team of coworking peeps who share the kitchen and outdoor terrace, super friendly and don’t bite ;)

We have two sessions available to book. The day session runs from 8am til 5pm and the evening session runs from 5.30pm til 10.30pm. Alternatively, you can book both sessions if you are running an event over the day and evening. We also have a special 4 hour hire rate.

For catering we recommend ‘A Plated Affair’ but you are welcome to use your own caterer if you wish. Please note we do not have wheelchair access and there is one flight of stairs.

Hire of any space includes:

  • Tables & Chairs • Wifi • Air conditioning • Use of the shared kitchen and outdoor terrace • Whiteboard and projector (on request) • Water, Tea & Coffee from kitchen

*PLEASE NOTE: Glassware, crockery and cutlery hire available. Cleaning fee applies for any event with food and drinks. No under 30 birthday parties (unless parents or guardians present) or bucks parties. $500 refundable bond. 30% deposit required to secure booking, remaining balance due 6 weeks prior to event.
