What you’ll learn

Learning from experienced multi-mixed media art teacher Chesley Teale, you will gain all the tips and tricks for dipping your toe into resin art.

This workshop is suitable for those who are beginners to resin art and are wanting to get a few more skills to add under their creative belt. You are guaranteed to bring home something you love, whether it's for yourself and your home or a gift for someone you love.

You will leave the workshop with a gorgeous four-piece coaster set to add to your home.

Knowledge required: Perfect for beginners.

What you'll get:

  • Four uniquely handmade 8cm round resin coasters.

  • Chelsey Teale’s E-Resin Guide so you can relax in the class and not worry about taking notes. This Guide covers everything you will need to do resin at home.

What to bring: Just your smile and a good attitude!

Please note: Your coasters will need 24—48 hours to dry so it will be posted to you after the class. Postage costs are included.

About your teacher, Chelsey

Chelsey Teale is an Australian based artist currently living in Sydney, originally born and raised in California. 

Chelsey has been creating mixed media art in an attempt to capture a sense of flow and movement within her paintings. Her current work would fall under abstract expressionism fused with modern minimalism. Specialising in non-traditional painting methods and straying away from using any strict guidelines on how the paintings should turn out, rather trusting the movement and flow of the medium. Her approach to her art is completely intuitive, which makes her pieces feel authentic and original.

“I love creating pieces that encourage individuals to have their own unique experience within the painting. I try to encapsulate new textures and movement that capture the emotions while the piece was being made. My intention is to create a connection from me to you through my art. It's a very vulnerable and therapeutic process.”
